Required fields are marked. Checkboxes are optional unless stated. Use observations you already have—do not disturb waste, approach rodents or enter unsafe areas.

Illustrative amounts, not market rates. These editable example figures were not collected from Texas providers. Replace them with written provider estimates. USD only. Electrical work and heavy-contamination remediation are excluded.

Each follow-up visit

Minor exclusion work allowance

Behind the result - No mystery in the method

Low subtotal = initial low + (follow-up low × follow-up visits) + minor exclusion low + other allowance low. High subtotal uses the matching high amounts. Each total is its subtotal × (1 + contingency ÷ 100), rounded to the nearest cent. A low amount may equal but must not exceed its high amount. Visits must be an integer from 0 to 12; contingency is an integer from 0% to 50%.

The default example is $350–$850 before contingency and $385–$935 with the default 10%. These are invented starting assumptions, not a published price survey. Tax, travel, permits, major repairs, electrical work, heavy contamination, insulation replacement and health-related remediation are excluded unless a written provider estimate expressly covers them. Even a large allowance does not make unsafe work suitable for DIY.

This tool does not inspect a home, diagnose an infestation, fetch live prices or book a service. It cannot identify disease risk, certify safety or replace a qualified professional. Blank optional fields are omitted. Entered text is displayed literally, not interpreted as HTML. Tool inputs stay in the open page and are not sent to or stored by this plugin.

Before you go

Are these actual Texas rodent-removal prices?

No. Defaults are illustrative budgeting inputs chosen for this tool, not live prices, typical rates or provider quotes. Replace them with figures from qualified local providers and compare scope, exclusions, taxes and follow-up terms.

Why can the final quote be much higher?

A professional may discover entry points, structural issues, contamination or repairs that this tool cannot see. Electrical work and heavy-infestation remediation are outside the example scope. The calculated range is not a ceiling or a promise of service.

Does this tool store my address or details?

No address is requested, and the plugin does not transmit or store tool inputs. Values exist only in the open page’s memory. Reset clears the tool. Your browser, downloaded files, print services and any email you deliberately send are separate; see the Privacy Policy.

Can I save or share this result?

Use Print / Save PDF to open your browser’s print dialog, or Download text for a plain-text copy. There is no public result URL or automatic sharing. Saved files may include your optional label and note. Remove private details before sharing them.
