Privacy Policy

The Texas Rodent Pros plugin is built to calculate and arrange information locally, not collect household reports or addresses.

Scope and operator contact

This policy covers the bundled website and six tools. The WordPress website owner operates this installation and can be contacted at noorfatimalinkedin1@gmail.com. Hosting, security services, WordPress itself and independently installed plugins may process information separately.

Tool fields and observation details

No address, ZIP code, GPS position, photograph, payment information or account is requested. Optional plan labels/notes, selected observations, maintenance choices, entered amounts and planning dates are read by JavaScript in the open page. The plugin does not submit those values to a server, put them in URLs, use analytics events or write them to the WordPress database.

Browser memory, storage and reset

The plugin uses page memory only for inputs, results and checked checklist items. It does not save them in cookies, local storage, session storage or IndexedDB. Reset clears the visible tool. Browsers may restore tabs, form values or page state independently; extensions, shared devices, screenshots and screen sharing can also expose content. Leave sensitive details out and manage your browser/device privacy settings.

Downloaded and printed copies

Text files, prints, PDFs and seasonal calendar files are created only when you choose them. They can include optional labels/notes, selected conditions, budgets or dates. Your device, cloud backup, printer, print provider or calendar application controls the saved copy. The website cannot recall a shared file or erase a copy from another service.

Ordinary site requests and infrastructure logs

The browser requests pages, images, CSS and scripts from the host. A host, CDN, firewall or WordPress component may process IP addresses, request paths/times, browser headers and diagnostic logs for delivery, security and maintenance. Tool inputs are not intentionally included in those requests. Infrastructure retention and providers depend on the live installation; contact the owner for details rather than assuming the entire hosting stack collects nothing.

Email correspondence

The Contact page is an email link, not a server-submitted contact form. Sending email shares your sender address, message and attachments with your mail provider and the recipient. Do not send health histories, a home address, other people’s details or material not needed for a website issue. The owner may retain correspondence to handle the request; ask about the retention or deletion of a particular message.

Cookies and third-party components

The plugin introduces no analytics, advertising pixels, tracking cookies, remote fonts or embedded third-party widgets. Its assets are bundled locally. WordPress administrative authentication/preferences and unrelated plugins can behave differently. External source links lead to other websites with their own privacy terms; links do not send your tool answers automatically.

Sale, sharing and service requests

The plugin has no mechanism to sell tool answers, build marketing profiles or send leads to contractors. It does not book a service. Normal hosting and deliberate email still involve service providers as described above. This is not a claim that every component of the live website processes no personal information.

Your choices and requests

Use generic labels, omit optional fields, reset the tool and decline exports. For privacy questions about an email or infrastructure record, contact the owner with only the minimum identifying information necessary. Applicable privacy rights depend on your location and the operator’s duties. There is no server-side archive of tool results to retrieve or delete.

Children and sensitive information

These tools are general household planning aids, not services for collecting information from children. Do not enter health, financial or other sensitive histories. A parent/guardian can ask the owner to review personal information that a child deliberately sent by email.

Changes

The date above identifies this version. If the owner adds forms, accounts, analytics, ads or integrations, disclosures and any required consent must be reviewed before those features run.
