Accessibility
The tools aim to be straightforward to read, navigate and export. This describes the design, not a claim of an independent accessibility certification.
Reading and navigation
Pages use semantic headings, a skip-to-content link and labeled navigation regions. The mobile menu has an expanded state; the Other Pages menu and FAQs use native disclosure controls. Content reflows at small widths. Zoom and text resizing are not intentionally blocked, and meaning does not depend on color alone.
Inputs and result updates
Controls have visible labels; required fields are identified. Each checkbox has a descriptive label and safety checkboxes are grouped under a legend. Native numeric/date validation and plain-language errors help identify incomplete or invalid entries. Results are announced and focused after calculation. Editing an input removes stale output until it is generated again.
Color, focus and motion
The fixed palette uses dark navy #0D0B61 on yellow #E4D329 for high-contrast text and controls. Secondary #294669 is used for readable text and borders; accent #478B8D is decorative, not the sole indication of safety or status. Focus outlines are visible. Buttons and navigation targets are generously sized. Reduced-motion settings disable the small card-hover transition.
Alternative output
Every tool provides a plain-text download and a print layout. Your browser may offer Save as PDF. The seasonal planner also exports standard all-day calendar events. Text exports include method and safety limits, so the decorative homepage image is not needed to understand a result.
Known limitations
JavaScript is required for interactive calculations, but explanations remain readable on the installed WordPress pages without it. Native date/select controls, print dialogs, embedded previews and calendar imports differ across devices. Other plugins, themes or custom CSS may affect the live site. No complete independent WCAG conformance audit or assistive-technology certification is claimed.
Report a barrier
Use the Contact page to identify the page, control, browser and what prevented use. Share assistive-technology details only if helpful and comfortable. No disability or medical disclosure is necessary. You may request a text explanation. The owner uses reports to prioritize fixes but does not promise a particular response time.
