Defaults in the cost estimator are illustrative, not market rates; the index is unvalidated; the seasonal themes are not forecasts. A professional may find different conditions or scope. Acceptable use

Use only details you are entitled to use, and avoid private addresses and health histories. Do not use the site to mislead another person, fabricate inspection clearance, represent an estimate as a provider quote, interfere with the website, inject code, scrape abusively or violate the law.

Saved outputs and external services

You may save an output for legitimate personal planning. Remove private details and obtain permission before sharing another person’s information. Your browser, printer, cloud storage and calendar handle saved files under their own terms. The owner cannot recall copies or guarantee print/download/import compatibility. External references are not an endorsement or a service arrangement.

Website content and availability

Original content and packaged assets are supplied for this site. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the tools are offered as available without a promise of uninterrupted access, error-free output, suitability for a particular property or a particular result. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
