Seasonal Rodent Activity Planner

Create dated, seasonal prevention check-ins. This is a maintenance calendar—not a prediction of rodent activity or local weather.

Your inputs

Required fields are marked. Checkboxes are optional unless stated. Use observations you already have—do not disturb waste, approach rodents or enter unsafe areas.

Safety flags (select any that apply)

These flags override routine planning. Selecting none does not establish that a home is safe.

No address is needed. Leave optional fields blank to omit them.

Behind the result - No mystery in the method

The selected first date is the first check-in. We create 3, 6 or 12 entries one calendar month apart, keeping the original day-of-month where possible and clamping it to that month’s last day otherwise. The next month returns to the original day. UTC calendar-date arithmetic avoids daylight-saving shifts.

Each entry receives a fixed seasonal maintenance theme: December–February storage and indoor food checks; March–May ground-level exterior review; June–August water/refuse checks; September–November door-seal and storage review. A property-context note is appended. These themes are editorial reminders—not Texas weather data, a pest-activity model or a claim that rodents are absent in other months. Texas conditions vary; use professional guidance for actual activity.

The .ics download contains separate all-day events, each ending exclusively on the following day. It does not subscribe you to a calendar, send notifications, connect an account or guarantee a reminder. Safety flags add professional escalation to the outline and event descriptions; scheduled dates must never delay urgent action.

This tool does not inspect a home, diagnose an infestation, fetch live prices or book a service. It cannot identify disease risk, certify safety or replace a qualified professional. Blank optional fields are omitted. Entered text is displayed literally, not interpreted as HTML. Tool inputs stay in the open page and are not sent to or stored by this plugin.

Before you go

Does the planner forecast seasonal rodent activity in my area?

No. It has no location, weather, pest-surveillance or live-data feed. Seasonal labels organize a fixed set of maintenance themes. They do not predict an infestation or show whether a home is safe.

What happens to a date like January 31?

In a non-leap year, the February check-in uses February 28 and March returns to March 31. Each month is computed from the original starting day, not from the previously shortened date.

Will the website send reminders?

No. Download and import the .ics file into your own calendar if you want to keep the dates. It has separate all-day entries with no website notifications or account connection. Add reminders in your calendar app and verify the dates.

Does this tool store my address or details?

No address is requested, and the plugin does not transmit or store tool inputs. Values exist only in the open page’s memory. Reset clears the tool. Your browser, downloaded files, print services and any email you deliberately send are separate; see the Privacy Policy.

Can I save or share this result?

Use Print / Save PDF to open your browser’s print dialog, or Download text for a plain-text copy. There is no public result URL or automatic sharing. Saved files may include your optional label and note. Remove private details before sharing them.
